Superpro Series

After much discussion, we are going to make the following adjustments for the remainder of the 2009 season.

1. The amount of cautions counted during a feature event will be reduced from 40 to 25. This will allow more green flag laps at the end of the events and, after listening to many of you, this is a positive change.

2. There will be some weight changes on the following engine packages.......

A. Any rebuilt Ford or any Ford that isnt part of the new Ford engine package with the approved seals will remain at 2750 pounds.
B. Any New Ford engine with the approved seals will weigh 2700 pounds. At this time the only car effected by this is the #71 of Terry Bogusz.
C. Any GM motor that has the old bolt seals or has been rebuilt will weigh 2675 pounds.
D. Any new GM motor with the new seal package will weigh 2650 pounds.
