RULE MODIFICATION 02-09

Effective as of March 24, 2009, the General Motors Part # 88958604 Factory Box Stock engine with NO UPDATES will be given a 50 pound weight break. The engine must have the newer factory installed INFO-GLYPH dot matrix seals only. A bill of sale must be provided when requesting the weight break.[/u]
