SUPERPRO CHAMPIONSHIP TO BE DECIDED THIS WEEKEND AT PLYMOUTH SPEEDWAY

The SUPERPRO Series will crown their 2008 champion this weekend after Saturday’s “Randercar Racing Enterprises 50” and Sunday’s “All Star Performance - Lane Automotive 100” during the 2008 Stock Car Festival at Plymouth Speedway in Plymouth, Indiana.

With two races of points up for grabs, the top ten still have a mathematical chance at the championship. 2007 Champion Tommy Cook holds a 48 point lead over Rick Everidge with Al Cook Jr. just four points behind Everidge. Kevin Todd and Rob Buckley round out the top five.

The Randercar Racing Enterprises 50 will highlight Saturdays activities that include heat races for Stock Car Festival’s divisions and features for the mini stocks and the “Free For All”. Racing begins at 6:30 pm.

The AllStar Performance - Lane Automotive 100 will be among 7 feature events on the card for Sunday. The first feature hits the track at 1:30 pm. For more information, go to the web at www.superproracing.com or www.plymouthspeedway.net.
