My Name is Russ Miller, and I am a Baer Field Regular in the #19 Modified. I have been running the Half-Mile Modifieds since 2007 and If you are looking for a driver for one tow or all three races this year. Just let me know. I am open to a Wednesday night practice before a race to see if it would be something you would be interested in. I have all the safety equipment, and am Open of the Gold Cup 100 as the Modifed class is not running due to the USA tour being in town.
